Twi suggested to start a thread with pictures of landscapes and wildlife, I'd like to add environment too. On this board are visitors from all around the globe, so it might be interesting to see what their environment looks like. I will start here with a few pictures (later there will be more, especially more in broad daylight) mustardseedfield nearby, last summer just fog... typical little Dutch bridge with cyclists (The Netherlands are crowded with them. It is really normal to go to school by bike, even if school (or work) is about 20 kilometers away. We don't have mountain, even hills are rare...but the wind is often very strong and it rains a lot from time to time) This picture was taken in the very tiny piece of forest next to our house, early in a freezing cold morning, I was standing on a very slippery wooden bridge and afraid to fall into the water with my camera. Everone thinks there are a lot of mills here, well there are some. This one stands in the centre of a little town nearby. www.feelfreefoto.nl/fotos/upload/paard en geit.jpg[/img] Even here you don't see this often...the little goat following freely. from our house we can see the sundown, often very beautiful! some sheep to fall asleep with...(there are lots of sheep) that's all folks (for now)...who's next?

Sneak preview to the photo gallery that I should make on my pages someday. Most of the photos are old though, so some of you might have seen these. I lost all the new photos when my hd crashed and now I'm trying desperately to find a guy to whom I sent most of them before the crash Anyway: A forest stream A midsummer night. It was around 4am Mist over woods Wow, a forest! Road, firs, sunset A view over a wintery forest Panorama pic from the top of Kuutinvuori, Repovesi national park:

Silvio... is it easy to get a good job in your city if you're Spanish? After seeing this great city of you I'm thinking about it... I've heard that a lot of Spanish teachers are needed there, I do't speak a single word of Brazilian, but if there would be a beautiful Brazilian girl who wanted to teach me... Of course! It's very easy! Here is the Capital! All nations that have diplomatic relations with Brasil have one embassy here! And they always want guides that can make a tour with foreigners! In Natal is easier have a lot's of foreigners there too! Well Pinto here is a name too! And it's first person of verb Pintar! But (i don't know why) mean dick too! More photos! Rio de Janiero - Brasil! Maracanã - Stadium! Ipanema - Grils Paradise! ;D And now the south! The place where northern people came in past! Gramado city gate! The people with their german roots! Have polish, italians, norvegians and many others too!

randy: great pics, beautiful environment! I'm also addicted to pictures. I love to see pictures! I will post a few pictures from the elf fantasy fair here, a big 2 day event (over 30.000 visitors in the Netherlands). It's great, a lot of folk bands, dance groups and numerous stalls with almost anything concerning reenactment (harnasses, bows and arrows, swords, helmets, etc.), LARP, fantasy cloths and juwellery, books and music. It was organized around the beautiful castle ‘de Haar’. We were dressed up as a group of Morrigan (Celtic goddess of war) followers holding a monster. One of us was dressed in a monster suit, which he made of a wet suit he bought in a dump store. This wet suit was extremely tight, because it was too small for him, but it was the only one available. It was a hot day and he sweated so much that he had to bend over all the time, to let the water out of his home made mask (the only holes were in the mask). this picture was taken for a newspaper, the others were taken by a friend. The other five wore home made costumes, (made out of cheap Ikea curtain fabric) and leather masks, we bought the leather at a shoe supply shop. Even the chain mail and the skulls were made by us. We kept the monster in chains and he was treated badly ;D by his two guards. CorvusCorone and I were priestess, the third guard was beating a big drum in a very monotonous way. He was in front when we walked, followed by the two priestesses and in the back both guards with the unwilling monster ;D. It was great fun, lots of people pointed and said: “oh, look there!†and they want to take pictures all the time. We made all the costumes and attributes ourselves, took a lot of time, but it was great fun to do this together. (this is me ;D ) These two days we camped on a very beautiful “nature camping siteâ€, we were almost the only guests, in the middle of trees and a river nearby. At night it was below zero, but in the days it was above 20 degrees and very sunny. We had a great weekend! The pictures are not that great, the big contrast between our black suits and the light monster colour in the bright sunlight gave most photographers some troubles. But I think you can see how it was.

With a lot of thanks to Pekka Keskinen, I made my own Korpiklaani Shaman logo on my car. *both sides of course!* He sent me an adjusted original, and saved me hours of drawing this way. I could have made it somewhat bigger, if it ever needs to be replaced, I will do so. I'm not sure, but I suppose this is the first Korpiklaani fan van in the Netherlands!
