Crocodile Rock Cabernet Merlot
> Redwine from South-Eastern Australia; not very expensive at all, but still one of my favourites in addition to South-African redwines which for their part are best above all in my personal opinion, though many redwines from Argentina and Chile are great as well. =)

Ineed Chilean and Argentinian wines are very good. So are Australians ones. as a Spanish I love Spanish wines. My favourite wines are maybe those coming from Navarra, but I also love Somontano's and Ribera del Duero one's. The ones from Ribera del Duero are stronger and corporeous ones. Somontano's are deep in taste and very fruitful. Wines from Navarra are quite tasteful in mouth, ideal for sharing a glass meanwhile sharing a good conversation... though the best wine of this kind I've tried so far was the bottle of Somontano's Viñas del Vero Gran Vos 2002... I had a very special conversation around a bottle of this wine not so long ago and it would be great to repeat it . But talking about what I have drunk today, I had a paella for lunch and I open a bottle of Somontano´s Viñas Del Vero Crianza from 2002. I bought this bottle last year but unfortunately I let too much time pass so it was no special, even though its colour was beautiful.

hey biggsy.... as authentic english.....how do you acctually prepare real tea??? any specific instructions??? Well unfortunatly i failed to make nice tea this morning, fozz even commented how apauling the cuppa' i made him was... i even didnt like the over stewed dish water i prepared, but usualy this is how i like my tea i am one of the strange english breeds known as the northern working class, and the tea i drink i dont think the queen would apreciate of... it is whats called 'brick layers tea, or bricky tea' basicaly its a cup of tea made witha strong tea bag with a little milk and some sugar... usualy served in a tatty old mug... i like it because its strong, and bitter (like me hehe)... i get me a tea bag from the box... add boiled water, add a verry little ammount of milk sometimes some sugar and drink with the tea bag still in side the mug.... some speculate the reason i leave the tea bag in the mug is because im too lazy to take it out... but i like to think its because it makes the tea stronger to make a real cup of tea takes a little more effort, i get some nice grade loose tea (maybe an earl grey) put this in a tea pot, then add boiled water, leave the teapot to 'brew' for about 5 minutes, poar the tea into a classy tea cup (or a tatty old mug whatever floats your buiscuit) then add milk and sugar to taste When it come to hot drinks you shall have to converse with fozz, he works in a coffee shop and has a far superior knowledge of hot drinks than i have

I hope that there'd be some few words here and there also along with the drink. It would be the waste of this topic, if this would fall only listing things after one another..
Currently I'm drinking water, because I ate so salty tuna salad that I'm so thirsty.

The two things I've been drinking a lot of lately are tea and hot chocolate.
The hot chocolate I make with just the chocolate powder, hot water, and a little bit of chocolate syrup that is usually used to flavor coffee with. I'm usually out of milk, so I don't usually make it that way, although I will if I have it.
The tea I make by heating water to almost boiling before pouring it into a teapot where a thing that looks like a small sock on a metal ring has already been placed. I forget the word for this thing but I bought it in Ostfriesland in Germany many years ago when I was an exchange student. I take very good care of it because I don't know if I can ever find another one! I let it steep for about five minutes and then pour it into an old cup with some rock candy sugar. I prefer strong black tea that I order either from a place in Iowa that imports Theile brand or from the Vermont Liberty Tea Company in Vermont. I found that place with a friend of mine when we got lost one day driving through New England. Great stuff.
I use teabags at work, which often prompts coworkers to ask if I am not feeling well since no one seems to drink hot tea unless they're sick here. Once, someone at work asked why I drank tea that wasn't finished yet since it hadn't yet had ice added to it.
During our eight month summers here, most people live on sweet tea. I know I would probably lose my will to live without it in August.

The best tea is Lipton Yellow Lebel in my opinion... Fine characteristic taste and beautiful gold colour...
