I don't know, but i guess that Nuclear Blast 'invents' these things by themselves. I think that Korpiklaani would come up with something more appropriate. Nuclear Blast produces stuff like this because they want to get money. They have the chance to sell the CD for 50e instead of 18€ whis is the normal price. And I absolutely do not think that the 4 cups and this piece of wood is worth 32€... Money, money, money... always funny in the rich man's world ;D (That is ABBA, for the hard ones who don't know this )

Money, money, money... always funny in the rich man's world ;D (That is ABBA, for the hard ones who don't know this ) This is true... I think a large part of it is people downloading music. Bands are doing fine with this because of the big income from shows and merchandise, but album sales are the one thing record labels really depend on. They're desperate, so that's why they sell silly things like this (or the Eluveitie drinking horn, even worse...)

Downloading, of course, but i see more and more people buying their favorite albums. Because the sound quality is better, because all artwork is included and also because they want to support their favorite bands. I also download music from time to time, mostly to get a chance to listen it and decide whether i want to buy it, or because some music is not for sale anymore (for a long time already). And of course i download albums that i already bought, for my computer or mp3 player, easier than ripping them But in the end i buy my favorite albums, whenever it's possible, and luckily it gets easier all the time. Still i think that record companies should give a little more thought about the 'special packages' - it is not so hard to make a real special offer, that fits to the band, instead of what they do now.

Yup, I always buy the albums too, and I get the "special package" if it's worth it. I did end up getting the Korven Kuningas drinking horn package - expensive but IMO it's rather nice, and a useful item! If I'm going to use a drinking horn anyway, why not have one with Korpi on it But yeah, the special packages do need to have something worthy enough to cough up the dough for it. A bad example immediately comes to mind: those "bobblehead" dolls that metal blade came up with for Amon Amarth's last album were just embarrassing! IMO. By the way, speaking of merch, my wholehearted thanks for making a girlie t-shirt with the tour dates on the back!! I had always wished the girlie t's would have those, this is the first time I've seen it, and I thank you

There is a Korpiklaani drinking horn? I WANT ONE! NOW! I can't find them......Sh!T!!! It was a while ago... for Korven Kuningas. But you can always make your own, even better and more personal this way But remember... ANY horn can be a Korpiklaani drinking horn, and ANY mug or stein or tankard can become a Korpiklaani mug or stein or tankard, even if there's nothing printed or painted on it

I just came home to find this wonderful package at my door!! Gorgeous hoodie (thick & comfy!) and the Idja CD! So incredibly fast! I was so happily surprised! And I have to say, at the risk of sounding like a complete geek, I'm loving and keeping all the awesome Finnish stamps from the packing!!
Thank you so very very much!!!!!

Not geeky at all, I have packaging still from orders I've made in Russia, Germany, and Finland. Plus since this one is with Korpiklaani merch and straight from the source, it is that much more special. Still saving up money so I can put out an order myself. Getting there, slowly but surely.

Some people have asked me if paying with PayPal is still an option as it was a while ago. Is there any way to do that?

As far as I know, I recently ordered from the Korpiklaani shop two weeks ago and paid with Paypal, so it should be an option still. Along with the payment, you just send an accompanying email to the shop address with a description of items you're ordering (because apparently the paypal transaction only shows the total order amount, not actual order details.) Someone correct me if I'm wrong on any of it, but that's how it was for me. Now I know too that it only takes a week for the package to be delivered to US from Lahti

Ah ok, good to know. There's just no mention about PayPal anywhere and it isn't listed as an option at the bottom of the page with all those bank and credit card logos
