Secondly - Who is the band "Fish" - Who can sink the most booze and who is the lighweight? At a rough guess I will say Cane = "The Fish" Juho = "The Lightweight" Let's say that Juho is correct. He doesn't drink alcohol at all.

I might have that sobriety was breaking protocol with Korpiklaani??? He wouldn't fit in with the band on tour if he didn't drink.......In a metal hammer interview, there was a photo of him with a beer? Can any band member or close friend confirm this? Let's say that Juho is correct. He doesn't drink alcohol at all. Since when?Last year march he still drank beer.Has anything happened with him?Sorry if I was too indiscreet...

Can any band member or close friend confirm this? I can. He's been without alcohol now for about 4-5 months. And Vahtera is our monitor tech so you can consider him quite an insider as well. j.

Which brings me to the next question: What are your wine recommendations for the sole joy of drinking? Asking for good wines for different cuisines would be a bit too broad subject already

Which brings me to the next question: What are your wine recommendations for the sole joy of drinking? Asking for good wines for different cuisines would be a bit too broad subject already Quite an interesting subject for Korpiklaani forum. I'd say my personal favourite grape is Shiraz which is also known as Syrah. I believe Syrah is the European name for it. Usually you get the best price/quality ratio with Australian Shiraz wines but South-African works as well. Merlot is another good one. Maybe not a favourite but a good choice if there's no good Shiraz available. Merlot (as red wine) is really easy to drink which also means that if you are looking for something with a stronger taste it's not really for you. Maybe Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon will do the trick then. And that concludes our lesson in wines for today. Tomorrow we continue with very famous Finnish dry white wine Koskenkorva. He wouldn't fit in with the band on tour if he didn't drink... Why not? Maybe because you wouldn't be able for if you were Juho?

Just referring to the fact that Korpiklaani have some funny drinking stories! I take my hat off to him if he isn't drinking at the moment....cos neither am I. It isn't easy! Jarrko - Which of our Australian wineries are popular in Finland?

So Jarkko or Vahtera, Who is the Fish? This is realy hard one.. Cane keeps one record: Four intoxications inside 24 hours. Paukku, the FOH tech, keeps an other record: no sober moments inside borders of Sweden But drinking alcohols are not a competition. It's just a part of life.

Jarrko - Which of our Australian wineries are popular in Finland? I can't say which ones are popular, but there's quite a lot of australian wines available in Finland. Quite many of them are of course Shiraz. Prices seem to vary between 7-70€ so there's plenty to choose from. j.

Not a competition - In Australia the more you can drink the more admiration you get......I know it is silly at times but we make good fun of it!
