Well, finally some in Finland. After all they play so seldom here that I always have to go to places such as Russia or Scotland to see them

I think I'll pass the FME show too, as the gig most likely is way too short. (As we are pampered with several shows now.) Last year each band had 1 hour time window there. Korpiklaani managed to play only 30 min tops as the previous band went overtime + stuff change and souncheck and so on. Well is says on the FME site they're playing for 60mins. (& Amorphis too! ) Too bad I can't raise the funds in time...... Is the Virgin Oil gig a DEFINITE? (It's not on their site yet, or Tiketti's) Certain deprived UK Squirrels need to book stuff asap, while that's still (just about) affordable!

^ Ok, it's on Tiketti's site now, so that's good enuff for me. Have booked flights etc. In fact I'm going to Finland tomorrow too - I can get my ticket then.......

Korpiklaani & Moonsorrow @ Virgin Oil, Helsinki 27.3... Damn, gotta get there!
It's been over a year since I saw these... at New Year's Nahkamiekka 2008-2009 that was.
Wondering if I should also go to the Kuopio's gig next month... As we might go by car with two friends, wouldn't be that expensive.

18.02.2010 Yo-Talo, Tampere Finland 19.02.2010 FME, Helsinki Finland 20.02.2010 Rytmikatti, Kouvola Finland 26.02.2010 Henry's Pub, Kuopio Finland 27.02.2010 Kellari, Joensuu Finland
And..."on Friday (February 19th) you can find us on the Finnish Metal Expo main stage in Helsinki. Our gig is at a uneasy early hour (16.30 h), but that gives us the chance to play a big set of about 1 hour!"

How mocking the fate can be. I'll be at FME the same time as the gig is but I'll miss it anyways

Lets see how mocking our fate will be... I've bought Train tickets for Kuopio. Lets se how VR (Finnish Railways) can handle it in these weathers. 4hrs late is still manageable, but 6 hrs starts to be quite problematic... (they were 5-6 hrs late last night)

Ah, thanks for mentioning that. Had almost forgot about those problems again. Probably should take the earlier train then and hope I won't be stuck in Kajaani (where I have to change trains) till the next day or something

Oooh I'm so happy that they will play on the Hungarian Metalfest Open Air 2010! It will be great, I'm sure they'll make a greaaat party ... I'm just soo happy on the Korpi concerts and dancing all the time.. I hope I'll have a change to speak with them.. I remember that after their show on the Hungarian Rockmaraton they stayed there for the rest of the festival, and partied and drank =) And cancelled some shows : D

I'm very happy to show this poster: The only thing I regret is that Korpiklaani are the only folk-metal group on the festival, but as a whole our promoters are in debt to the folk-metal fens. I hope this will change in the resent years. And another great event on this festival - WalkyriaTiina and Kuusuru are preparing to be our guest and to visit Bulgaria. It'll be great to see and listen Korpiklaani together. Now remains everything to go according to the plan and all to be happy and in good health. If we have luck to meet the guys from Korpiklaani, it'll be an unforgettable day! ;D

And wonderful to see them in such a beautiful country! We will all of us have a great time there to be sure, and we are indebted to you for the invitation and for helping with the travel arrangements. A multinational K forum force raids the Black Sea! Благодаря! Ще се видим скоро

There a lot of people from the forum I want to see, but it is not easy at all to organize an international forum meeting, even practically impossible. But it is said the hope dies last, so I prefer to remain at least with a little hope.

I'd try to manage there, cause there are goddamn Kreator, Sodom and Destruction... but heh, I'll be deadly drunk in 10 minutes after my first step outside the plane. And I'm not good in English... and searching for hostels. But that could be really funny.
I'm sure the first question to me will be "how the hell have you managed one more key to lose here??"
