it depends on the kids age, but i think to pass those stages, for example of edipos or electra complex requires a member of the opposite sex. my view can change if im explained otherwise(im not an expert in these issues), but its like when kids grow up without one of the parents they tend to have noticeable characteristics.

I not an expert either. I know one or two of those couples, that goes rather well.
In the Netherlands are a lot single-parent households. Those kids also have only one type of role model. They find role models elsewhere I guess. At school, with friends, grandparents or other relatives I think.
I think it's better to have two parents of one kind than one parent....

I don't understand what the difference is on this or that age! Let's see, the important thing is that the child lives and is brought up ok, isn't it? Then what's the point on discussing by who is this child brought up? SOme of the (funny) opinions that people against adoption by gay couples in Spain claims is that the environment in which you are brought up makes you be this or that way... C'mon! My brother, sister and me have been brought up on the same enviroment... we are totally different!!! We've got some likes and dislike sin common, and some behaviours in common, but in essence we are like and egg, a stone and a pair of knickers (this late is my brother ). These "enlighted" people says also that if a child is brought up by a gay couple, then he/she will have more possibilities of being gay: 1st: I'd love that doctors would reach a common answer for this questions, for some say that you are guy due to a personal developement, and some others say that it is predetermined by your genes 'cos if you are gay you've got a part of your brain different to heterosexuals (like me, Humppi ;D) 2nd: this possibility denies itself on it basics, since till now nobody has been brought by a homosexual couple, so there should be then any homosexual, don't you think? What's before, the chicken or the egg? Since every one of us is born from a mother and a father, and usually are brought up by then, I don't understand why everybody is not a heterosexual, then. ONe last thing; in Spain at least, those who are most against adoption by homosexuals and matrimony on homosexuals are Christians... they say it's against the word of God and against the basis of Christianity, who stablishes itself over God, Church and family -being a father and a mother with children- (and economical power, military represion many times, Inquisition, erasing of indigenous cultures, repression, banning of free thoughts...I'd point)... well, ok, -i can understand their point of view but... hello! I'm not a Christian, I don't believe in their God and their values may be not the same as mine! Why close-minded Christians think that they are the onle fucking human beings on earth? Why the rest of the cultures and people of this world must be driven by the code of morality of 1/6 of the population of this world? They are not the only ones here! Say what you think, but don't dare to condemn the rest of the people of this world because I could then, as well condemn you, and the difference is that I don't tell you anything about what you think or believe in!!!!! And last now, very funny to me; many of the people against this gay affair is united on a group called Forum of the "FAMILY"; they say they are the guaranteers of family values, family is the most important thing on earth after God and Church... my father's brother is one of those of that Forum, he lives on Castellon, a city on the east coast of Spain, 400 kms away from Madrid... last time he came to visit his brother was when my grandparent's house was sold after his death (and which was then his property), 15 months ago; second, he came to a demonstration for the family to Madrid, my father-his brother- had spent by then three days at hospital: HE DIDN'T WENT TO HOSPITAL TO VISIT HIS BROTHER, WHO MORE THAN PROBABLY SUFFERS A CANCER!!!!!!!!! IS THIS THE FAMILY BEHAVIOUR THEY DEFFEND? ?? STICK IT ON YOUR FUCKING ASS, SHIT IT AND SWALLOW IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hear! Hear! I totally agree with you. This also crossed my mind. It's sad what happened to your father, hope he will get better soon. Cancer is a rotten disease but more and more people get over this nowadays. I can understand completely how you (and your father) must have felt. For such hypocritical folks we have a term in Dutch that I don't think exists in English, I'll try to translate it litteraly: 'schijnheilig' - 'behave like a holy man (a saint), but only on the outside'

Cancer is a rotten disease but more and more people get over this nowadays. And more and more people get it. I work in a company which produces everything you need against the disease... and you wouldn´t believe how many children have it, and young women etc. I´m convinced, that if we don´t stop the magnetism of cell phones and the pollution of the air, then within 10 years absolutely EVERY living human being will get it! Revenge of nature! You´ll see.... (P.S. Some of the people I loved most died of cancer too, but already some years ago... meanwhile there would have been better possibilities to help them.)

@virva: I would have recognized you immediately ;D ;D No really you look great!!!
In the Netherlands a group musicians also made that kind of music. I liked that very much a few years ago. They also used things from nature like 'buzzing' and rattling bones (don't know if this is the right term), shells, animal horn, hogweed stalks, animal skulls a.s.o.
Also shamanistic and based mostly on eskimo ritual music.
I would love to hear your music of this kind.

That looks and sounds pretty good Holtiton... I love purely rythmical music.
I often go with my friends to some nereby ruins with a few instruments... some of the time we take other instruments, but it's mostly percussion... and we just play, and play, and play, and play whatever the hell we feel like at that moment. Excellent feeling... quite spontaneous and genuine.

Another folk project! Nice! ;D As herr Holtiton just said about the style and the idea: We play stone-aged ethno music, which derives from shamanistic rituals througout our planet. IMO this has nothing to do with any kind of "folk music", and thus it's far away from the whole idea of "another folk project". At least for me all this ethnic stuff stands for something much wider and more all-inclusive concept than just "folk". All hail ethnic art!

Thank you very much for the explaination. You are completely right...How can someone call it "another folk-project"?What would we do if didn`t have someone like you with your BIG knowledge about all differents styles of music on the forum who corrects us if we use the wrong name for a music-style?This deserves really respect...

Just got a bit annoyed about that expression "another folk project" because everything about the style and the ideas were told already before, so I felt the need to remind about it a bit and without any purpose to bring myself up as a source of knowledge of any sort. I didn't even think of something like that, so calm down, grow up at last and keep it down with your wise-ass whining, and furthermore, keep your own lawnyard clean by not making this any bigger problem than it really is. In addition, don't judge the others before taking a look in the mirror first, especially if you don't know a person any better, and if you have something personal to say in general, make it in private. Tuo se vain jaksaa aina mussuttaa. Perkele että pitää taas pistää kaikki niin vitun hankalaksi. EDIT: Additions.
