aww.... missed the boat! No downloads available at this point either, eh? There are no downloads at the moment, because our old material doesn't give a good picture about what are we doing at the moment. The new material is heavier, more experimental and has more throat-singing vocals. As said in the first page of this topic: There will be MP3 samples from the new material, as it's finished.

Now I know what you mean by "your older songs don't give a good picture of what you're doing now". But sounds very promising, I'm looking forward to the whole CD!

Woh! I'm a proud owner of the Poropetra MCD and I must say I'm VERY impressed by this new song.
Can't wait for Sinihirwi to be released. Keep us posted Virva.
edit: respect for the Sainkho Namtchylak link on the links session. That woman is just magical...

Great song! What is that sound in the background in the beginning of the song? It sounded like an elk or something haha.

Sinihirwi is very nice sounding! It reminds me of some fairytale in a wintry forest. I think also, this is the first Poropetra song I´ve heard with heavy electric guitar sounds. The elk is horny hei? I can hear so from the whine I suppose, its much like a deer only a deer has more grunt.
