Every time someone makes this poll, so here it is again! Do you prefer the English or the Finnish version, and why?

Hm, I love the entire album! Ruumiinmultaa is one of my favs, it´s a very catchy song with great guitar lines and powerful drums, can´t get it out of my ear once caught! The English version is very good as well, but in Finnish the lyrics fit better in singing.

I prefer instrumental version. ;D Sorry. From what I heard up until now, I think I stick to the Finnish version...as it's just so them. Seems rather representative for KK's musical entity and has a certain charm, given than Finnish is so damn cool and spellbounding language anyway.

The album is still to fresh for me to choose a favorite song, nor could I tell you if I prefer the Finnish or English versions of the songs....I tend to the Finnish ones though. If I had to choose a song I't probably be Synkkä, it makes me clear why I love Korpiklaani's music so much I have a question bout Predators Saliva, hope it's ok to ask it in this thread: Who's singing it? The Voice doesn't sound a bit like Jonne^^.

Two friends of ours: - Superstar Joey Severance of Tornado - Pat Henry of Swashbuckle Now go google. j. I was wondering about this question, too, thanks you shed some light on this, Jarkko. The English version of this is very interesting, specially when listening to both English and Finnish right after another.

It's really very difficult to choose a favorite song. But I prefer the Finnish version because it sounds more emotional and it touches my soul much more. And I can hear very good the other kind of violin playing, not more or less good, just different.

It's impossible for me to vote for one song because I just love the whole album from the beginning to the end ;D I'm listening to it as often as I can since it came out. It gives me good mood in the morning and in the evening after work. And I prefer the finnish version because I just love this language without understanding it And because I think Korpiklaani have to sing in Finnish

Ruumiinmultaa is also one of my favourites both the English and Finnish version of this song. But is such a powerful album where each of the songs has it's one strength making it complete. Reminds me of what Rammstein once mentioned that you can't force music into what you want it to sound, it goes it's own way. That's also the reason why I like the Finnish version more; When singing the Finnish the songs sounding more deeper and emotional because it comes more natural to them to sing and express themselves in their native language. This is why Finnish songs will always have an advantage over English songs

And this is one of the reasons that makes Korpiklaani this unique! Manala is a masterpiece, every single track, I can´t stop listening! Turning on the music is first thing I do in the morning and last before going to sleep. As you said, Maris, it´s such an powerful album, and it energizes me.

My favourite one is Kunnia!! For what concerns the English version.. aww.. I don't like it, I love Jonne's Finnish singing!! And maybe Sami if he will re-discover it in the future (my secret hope!)!! .

Ruumiinmultaa (yeap, I prefer Finnish version). Awsome violin, and "the best from the best, from the best" (like Bush say to Polish soldiers) guitars on album in my opinion. Manala is masterpiece in every detail, but this song rocks!

You mean I have to choose only one? Impossible! My favorites right now are Rauta, Sumussa Hämärän Aamun and Kunnia. Uni and Ruumiinmultaa are both awesome too. Besides, it hasn't been a huge while since I first discovered Korpiklaani so I can't say anything very surely yet
