Thought we should have this one (it´s interesting in other forums). Why did you chose the forum nickname you have and what shows your avatar picture?
"Twilightheart" comes from the fact, that I like a lot of songs and albums that contain the word "Twilight" (like "Twilight of the Gods", "Twilight of the idols", "Twilight symphony", "Twilight time" and many more), also it describes my mental status between light and darkness. My avatar picture shows the spider of a friend. Not quite interesting, I know. Gonna change it soon, I guess.

Yep, should be interesting to know why people chose their nicknames Mine comes from my former nickname in icq which was "Sockennasenelch" (sock nose elk) and it was taken from a funny website about an elk that had a sock over his nose. After some time it was just too long to type it everytime you needed a nickname in the net so I cut it to just "Socke". And now it's not only the name people use in the internet while talking to me but also in real life because my actual name is too complicated. But that's fine with me, I like my nickname ;D

hi socke! now pls say your real name. :]
my nick comes from the Raventhrone's song "malicegarden". generally i write Malice_Garden, because Ray Wells email(the guy from raventrhone) has also malicegarden, but fora such as this one dont allow it.
my avatar is the most endangered feline in the world: lynx pardinus (iberian lynx) to which i feel a great proximity.

My name, yeah, shows that I am interested in ancient germanic culture. I did not find a more suitable translation for "Germane".
My avatar is the "Hermannsdenkmal" which stands just near to Bielefeld in the same forest I live in. It is the monument for the teutons who defeated the romans right there. This place has a magic atmosphere.

My nick comes from the Pearl Jam cover, Crazy Mary. I love this song, the lyrics are very personal to me. I have been using CrazyMary for forums for a few years now.
I change my avatar whenever I get bored, or when I find a new one that I like better. I try to change them every month or so, keeps it interesting.

MaliceGarden: You make it too easy for lazy people... Well, I have three different teachers in university and only one of them learned to say the right name... for some people it IS difficult ;D Anyway, it's too long and "Socke" is fine^^ (though I had to change it to "sukka" for some Finnish people at the Pellavarock camp because they couldn't pronounce the German version *g*)

my nick is my real name. It's a short form of names ending with ina and it's english or german orgin. [Ina Colliander was a famous painter and Ina Forstén was a pianist who introduced Siri Von Essen and August Strindberg to each other.]
the girl on my avitar has a orange dress, because orange is a strong and little rebel colour. She don't show her face because she is shy. And the writings are there to make more old impression like from the victorian era.

Nick name: Kuuraparta (Fin.) = 'frostbeard' in Eng. (although the dictionary gave me "Frosty the snowman"; see also below). Usually when it's very cold outside and I'm on my way to somewhere, my beard surely gets a bit frosty as I even without any intend happen to breathe warm air on it and then it freezes up a little bit, heh. However, I came up with the name already in the autumn '02 as I started my Kuuraparta-project which then became my nowadays band Nostatus. The name Kuuraparta was my artist name for a long time in addition to my previous nick Frostheim, but as the time has passed, I've started to consider the name Kuuraparta describing myself more than my previous nick that was in use for many years at the time when I was interested in way more different things than today. I still use the name Frostheim in a couple of forums, web sites and at the Finnish metal media Imperiumi just for the general recognitions sake, but everywhere else I'm just Kuuraparta as most people I'm dealing with know me already. The word "kuuraparta" itself has just stayed in my mind since my childhood as it appears on Steve Nelson's song "Frosty the Snowman" where the Finnish version goes as "Kuuraparta".
Avatar: That's me in the spring '04 at Varjagi-festival here in Helsinki.
