Crystiannia: John Donne is such a fantastic poet. And this is one wonderful truth of his many. It is continuing to get cold here. I don't have to have any air conditioning on today, which I hate to use in the first place. It is noon now and still my room is cold from the night before. Which makes me happy. I enjoy this cold breeze so much, and I am looking forward to the days now that it is no longer hot. I can actually go outside and mow the lawn today without wanting to die of heat.

Right now we have a thunderstorm ( and about 20°C) with damn bolts and this is one thing I really fear >< the rain is okay because the day was so hot that we need a refreshment badly. But the bolts??? T_T arrgh I hope it will end soon

This morning I awoke around 4am to dig out a comforter from the closet. YES!!! It was freezing in my room! ;D I suppose I could have just turned off the fan... but no! It was so delicious to snuggle up again after all of these months of sweat. It made it so hard to have to crawl out of bed I was so comfortable. It was almost perfect! Almost... And this evening, as I walked around the lake, it was gorgeous as well. Clear skies with the moon beginning to shine and stars as bright as can be. It was perfectly chilly so that I almost needed a sweater and all that could be heard were the crickets and geese.
Autumn how I have missed thee!!!!

I just came in from a nice walk outside in the night and it is my perfect weather! There is a light rain and very windy. You can smell the leaves in the air and it's so chilly! The weatherman says it's "nasty" out and "dreary." Suppose that's a matter of opinion! It really puts me in such a romantic and happy mood. The next several months will hold such a delight; from falling leaves to falling snow!

I'm preparing to move from Izmir to Southern Marmara.I've learned that It will rain in Marmara heavily.Shops gave their damaged things for free where i am going to move.On the other hand people had plundered things what is brought by flood.I saw somebody have stolen plasma tv,hunting rifle and various things on tv.Cops had arrested some of them.Anyone don't mind the human life =( .
Note:I continued to receive news about new floods while i was writing this message =( .

Hailing here in Iceland. Snow falls from time to time, only to melt on the geothermally heated ground. The mountain range over the bay is now capped with white, looking all the more majestic and resplendent.
Treeless landscapes here mean that your eye can see very far indeed... On a clear day, the air is so transparent that distances cease to exist. The mountains on the horizon are so distinctly drawn out and so full of color that you feel you can just reach out your hand and touch them...
This is something that photographs will never capture, the three-dimensionality of it, the spatial awareness of you, a mere speck of life, compared against the slumbering, towering monoliths on the horizon, whose existence spans millenia and who ruffle the valleys and meadows with their towering spines. The awe inspiring terror that sends a shiver down your spine is that you are aware of their presence in the same physical space, and you can feel them breathing.

The first snow for this winter. Actually three weeks earlier than usual. Time to get out your fluffy socks again.

The flurries have begun! Yay! The other day we did get enough snow to give the ground a slight coating, otherwise nothing that stuck around. Time to find the snow brush and buy a new shovel!

Here its.... You guessed it, HOT! Yes, it should be cold and rainy, the weather reporters have been promising rain for a week now, but I find myself stuffing my coat into my backpack (a somewhat difficult task) and rolling up my sleeves, and still its too hot... I'm too lazy to take off my sweatshirt though I seem to recall people saying that this year its gonna be a real winter (after last years joke)... PPFFFT.

It's been nice here lately as the days were kinda announcing Winter...and they keep announcing that for days now! Today war colder and my face was frozen at one point ;D But no Snow... The time passes and not even a snowflake...keep waiting for that.. :/ But there's a good in all these: we have wonderful sunrises (yeah, I get up at 6! ) and magnificent sunsets...that can leave speechless even people like me ;D
