well, isnt your master degree somehting more specific? i'm doing polymer engineering(well, from this year onwards my course starts to be called a master, i think). :] one of the few science guys here. :] the movie is really great. :] well, apart from the economical reasons she did it for the kicks. she was a very bright woman, but without opportunities to exercise the intelect. :] nhec nhec Communication technique There are different types of intellect. The education is not always a prerequisite for high intellect and the lack of diploma not always means lack of intellect. Though the education is important for giving a system of the knowledge. Well, I'm afraid we are starting to flood the thread, so I suggest this: ICQ 354773484

A few words about me: My education -secondary is English language school and higher -Technical University in Sofia. But after I got married I remained at home, so now I'm a housewife. I'm beginning to get bored, so I'm thinking sometimes of finding work. Some more money are also welcome. The future will show....

Regshoe, The situation in Israel is complex, but I wish you good luck and no dangerous missions during your military service. 3 years are very long period, but ...
About military service -I'm very happy, from 2008 it is not obligatory in Bulgaria. My son will not go in the army. I must admit, I was very much afraid about this fact. I've always said, I'll never let my son go in the army, I worried about accidents, etc. But my husband shares the opinion of Pekka, that in the army the boys turn to men.

I’m going to write about some Viking films for robhalford and all of you, who like them.
“The Vikings” (1958) Tony Curtis (Eric), Kirk Douglas (Einar), Ernest Borgnin (Ragnar) Janet Leigh (Morgana) It's one very good old film from the time, when there weren't many visual effects, but the actors play is splendid. It is the story of two half-brothers, sons of the viking chieftain Ragnar, who don't know each other and are enemies. They are rivals for Princess Morgana, who has been captured during a raid in England as travelling to marry Aella, the king of Northumbria. The idea about the death of Ragnar in the wolf's pit is taken from the sagas about Ragnar Lodbrok, a semi-legendary king of Sweden and Denmark from the middle of the 9th century(probably) .Captured by king Aella of Northumbria, he was thrown in a pit filled with poisonous snakes. In the film Aella is thrown also in the wolf's pit by Eric, but the historical truth is that Aella was killed by the sons of Ragnar in a very cruel way, called "The Blood Eagle" (I'm not gonna describe it 'cause there are forum members below 18 or even below 16).
“The 13th Warrior”(1999) Antonio Banderas (Ahmed Ibn Fadlan), Vladimir Kulich (Buliwyf), Dennis Storhoi (Herger the Joyous) The film is very popular, so I'm not gonna write the plot. It's made after the Michael Crichton's book with the original tittle "Eaters Of The Dead". The film and the book differ. Though the film is good, I recommend the book.
"The Viking Sagas" (1995) Ralf Moeller (Kjartan), Ingibjoerg Stefansdottir (Gudrun), Sven-Ole Thorsen (Gunnar), Hinrik Olafson (Ketil) The family of Kjartan is killed by Ketil and his men. Kjartan is looking for revenge. Gunnar is an old friend of his father, helpping Kjartan, but they are rivals for the hand of Gudrun. Ketil kidnaps Gudrun, but she's carring the Kjartan's child. At the end ...the story is told by this child as an old man. The film is considered to be faitfhul to the actual Icelandic sagas.
"Beowulf and Grendel"(2005) Gerard Butler (Beowulf), Ingvar Eggert Sigurdsson (Grendel) The film is an adaptation of the Anglo-Saxon medieval poem "Beowulf", about the battle between Beowulf, Lord of the Danes and the frightful troll Grendel. The fiim is a natural and a raw story, than a myth and a worth seen one.
PS: When I studied "Beowulf" in school it was really disappointing in this ancient English, but the film changed my opinion.

[Oh I loooooooove Nightwish! I'm glad I saw them on the last tour before Tarja left. I don't think any new Nightwish songs will be the same for me. I loved the "unrequited love" themes that so much of their music had. Without this tension between Tuomas and his muse, I don't think those themes will be so heart-rending ever again. Shame, but at least we have their earlier stuff! The muse of Tuomas went with Marcello, that's the problem. But Tuomas is a very good composer and I hope he'll make new songs. I like Marco as a singer, but without a lady it is not so interesting. From the earlier stuff I like mast "Oceanborn" and from the last - the concert "End Of An Era"

Everything I listen is "favourite". But the most favourite: flok/viking metal: Korpiklaani - they make me smile and feel cheerful Finntroll (o-la-la); Falkenbach - impressing, one man making this other metal: Nightwish - wish they find a singer Amorphis - I like the combination of the male vocals Metallica - no need of comments Apocalyptica - cello+metal!!! The Rasmus - the voice of Lauri Ylonen is very pleasant Kamelot - very good music reminding to early Queensryche Rhapsody, Epica - the combination with classic music Scorpions - I like the ballads H.I.M., Warmen, Altaria, Evanescence, Tristania, Bon Jovi............ not metal: Juanes - again because of the voice Yes, Vangelis, Jean-Michele Jare - cosmic sound Andrew Lloyd Veber - also no need of comments
