My dad is really one of his own kind. He's very stubborn and no, he doesn't like tattoos at all (even my grandparents like my tattoo). I simply don't want any discussion with him and since I don't see him that often so I'd rather hide my tattoo (it's barely visibly anyway unless I wear very low cut pants) than provoke a discussion that's just gonna piss both of us off.

It looks nice. Did you just chose it for looking good, or does it have any meaning to you?

I have four tattoos, so ill try and answer all the questions for each.
The first I got in 2002, was a small Chinese symbol meaning spirit, as I have always been high spirited, and I dont act like most people would, I follow my spirit and my design, not anyone elses.
The second is a dragon up my left arm, starts just below my shoulder and finished a few inches above my elbow. Done in 2004 i think It can be hard to hide it at times, but none of my employers have minded. The dragon is a very important creature to me, not only being my favourite, but also the aura of strength and protection that surrounds it. It keeps me safe, and looks after me.
The third, is a set of Chinese symbols, on my right arm, below the spirit sigh. They mean yinyang, as this is one of the nicknames I have had for about 4 years, and also, the balance of the earth. It ties in with my Wiccan beliefs, and the balance that everything has.
The fourth, is a cross on the lower part of my back, done earlier this year. I have always liked the cross insgnia, specifically the slightly gothic/celtic slant this has. Also it lends itself to being extended, and early next year, it will be, with a phoenix above it. THe design is done, all i need to do is be inked.
My family quite like my tattoos, my mum does, my dad doesnt mind but my sis hated them. No one has really hated them, but i get a lot of xcomments on the dragon

It looks nice. Did you just chose it for looking good, or does it have any meaning to you? I chose this one because it has a special meaning to me...

I don't have a tattoo yet, but I may get one in the future. I've been thinking of a few possibilities that might look good.

MalNice! You seem to be very interested in Egyptian mytholgoly...? Yes I am, although not as much as Norse mythology, Egypt comes second. Really I just liked the design alot (I had to change some bits myself) and I couldn't find a Viking design I liked, like Thor's Hammer
