Hello everybody, as everybody I agree about how badly organized the Metalmania festival was and also how pushy and arrogant Testament crew were but I have to correct Moondancer about MDB. Their set has been shortened as well, almost 30 minutes in Budapest. In Poland MDB have been forced to close the festival...at 2.00am...because Testament had to catch their flight I believe everybody suffered at that festival...except Testament... I'm still wearing the scars

On Metalmania (both hun and pol) I saw some pro cameras running. Who were recording it and for what purposes?

On Metalmania (both hun and pol) I saw some pro cameras running. Who were recording it and for what purposes? During Polish metalmania every band was recorded because there will be a DVD from the festival. Unfortulately it wouldn't be published in this year, I'm affraid. The DVD from metalmania 2006 has just been published, so you know what I mean:/ You should know that in Poland we have terrible organisation and lots of problem with publishing because usually organisators want to earn too much money they deserved for ( THIVES!!!! ) , and pay too little for making a concert :-/That's why we have to buy very expensive tickets which sometimes are too much expensive for every person. Besides this , we don't have suitable places to organise a great gigs. Last but not least I'd like to add that great bands which are making music in original way ( I mean Korpiklaani of course), are underestimated and they have to play the concert at 11 am because shitty stars like testament or others unknown artists have to play during the night. Sometimes I really hate my country ...

Eg. a ticket for Hungarian Metalmania was cc.28 € and there were only 2 bands i really wanted to see. (Average salary is about 300-400 €) BTW it was still much cheaper than Tokio Hotel gig ;D

Metal concert ticket prices (Sonata Arctica, Moonsorrow, Korpiklaani, Children Of Bodom) in Hungary are usually around 17 euros. But when there are more than 1 big band then more, for example Stratovarius+Hammerfall costed 24.5 euros.

Gig in Moscow was just amazing! As usual I think everyone was dancing and having a great time. And Korpiklaani were pretty drunk, huh I even was lucky and chatted with the band after gig. So thank you so much and we are waiting for you again! By the way, Jonne, do you always have one more pair of shoes just in case? ;D Thank you again and we love you!
