Is there going to be a pre-order for the new album? Yes, you can pre-order the album when it comes to the shop section on our website in the begining of March. By the way...the album is almost ready. Only we have to sing some background vocs which we are going to do at next tuesday.

That's great news! I wondered for some time how much time the recordings would take. Signed cd's are possible again, I suppose?!

We haven`t been there in the studio every day and actually this was even easier sessions than last time when we made "Wilderness" album and it was easy too. Signed cd`s are possible of course again. Only mention in the order and you`ll got it.

At least Japanese version will be come a one bonus track which is a new song also from the sessions. (earlier we thought to put a live version one of the older songs as well) Napalm Records might to release a limited digipak with the bonus track but they are not sure yet. You can pre-order the "japanese" again directly from us like last time. The price will be same than a regular cd.

We are not any kind of radio friendly band and our listeners don`t buy the singles so much. Not so many even the albums. Band still never got any of royalties... Video will be come but I don`t know the date yet. It`s under the "painting" right now

This would be my first signed CD...ever ;D Hmm...were the sessions longer though since they were less often, or were they the same as before but just more spread out? Having recording sessions simply be more spread out is easier usually, but you never know haha. The imporant thing is that you are satisfied with it! I am glad to hear that recording has been going well and is almost done...this means there will be more great music for all of us to hear! cheers

They asked about one bonus song for Japanese release from record label but as I said, it will come to the digipak edition as well for the european market if they put it out from Napalm.

Maybe a stupid question, but why only a bonus track on the Japanese version ? As you may have noticed, many Japanese releases have extra tracks, expanded artwork and other goodies like that. There's a couple of reasons for that: 1. CDs are very expensive in Japan 2. Foreign CDs are released in Japan usually a lot later than everywhere else. There's a good reason for this, but I can't remember what it was. This leads to that fact that many Japanese are actually ordering their copies from the international music stores outside Japan. The Japanese music industry ofcourse wants to get it's share of the income and therefore they want to give Japanese fans something extra so that they are willing to wait a little longer and pay a bit more for the genuine Japanese version. So, it's purely business. Not because of the band though. Yours, j.

IMO western record companies should be strict and say no to all the bonus stuff that japanese may want. If they want to competite with other countries' record industries, they should lower the prices just like others do. But then again, Japan is next to countries like Korea and China so they would need to lower the prices a lot if they want to compete with them. I don't know how many smaller labels have official distribution in those countries then... Buth ach, just my 5 pennies. Didn't change the world to better or worse this time either

Well, are we to expect a tipical Korpiklaani album? will there be any changes;in style, lyrics, anything new?Maybe you shouldn't describe it before it's out,but couldn't you at least a little bit?Who knows when I'll be able to hear it...true,my hand is long and I hold many countries in my domain, but I don't think any of it will get it on time. However,The Great Eye will observe and search for trails...What about videos?Anything in plan? And DVD?Ok,I've exaggerated in questions as usually,I must have been an Inquisitor in my past life...
