I am absolutely agree with her! In Pratteln there was a lot of teenagers or immature persons, who don't know what is the paganfest and the paganmetal. And they don't know make party aroud beer, dance and pagan-folk music. "Well, I have found this public very immature like Heol Telwen starts first riff & people was already nuts. Kinda weird. Looked like they were here for killing the fest. I could see from above how they acted on Moonsorrow, making a circle dance game but in a mad way, sounded really like they wanted to kill the fest. Don’t know they prolly thought it was a slayer show or don’t know a speed/thrash show? Well they just sucked. Looked like 90% of them didnt know whats folk metal. Well I don’t know but they looked really immature."

Yesterday at the Budapest concert I saw there was a crew filming the whole Paganfest. Will there be a DVD release or something?

That would be very cool to have an official DVD with like backstage stuff. I still gotta get the DVD from the last album!

The Budapest gig yesterday was awesome! First I thought that many people will leave after Ensiferum (for some unknown reason They played after Tyr at 20:30, thus Korpklaani was the last band to come on stage), but almost the whole hall was full at midnight when we could finally hear the first sounds of Wooden pints which opened the show.
Jumping and Humppa-dancing immediately started around me. Almost all the audience were singing along. Though I preferred the athmospher of A38 ship in October (and Orbina sounded more mysteriously on the ship than in Petőfi Hall) the band made me forget about the fact how much I hate this big shed. I can't really describe the feeling when you can sing along all the hymns with the long-haired kings of the Finnish forests. I just love the way (joy and happyness) as Korpiklaani plays and acts without any kind of snobbery. Tuli Kokko was as shivering as it is always, and even the new album's songs were loved by the audience.
Later on (after Cottages and Saunas or Journey man, I can't remember) I went back and stood in front of the technician's isle where two cameramen filmed the concert. I hoped to shot some pictures but it was too far from the stage, so the result is quite awful. Maybe next time.

In Holland they got 50 mins. But I believe that is totally different every night. In Holland we got Ensiferum as headliner... but in Switzerland they'll get Eluveitie as headliner.. so it totally depends... In holland it was like this: Deviance ( special guests): 30 min. Eluveitie: 30 min Tyr: 30 min Moonsorrow: 45 min Korpiklaani: 50 min Ensiferum: 60 min. ( Correct me if I'm wrong.) So i think it just depends on the country.... Add about 15-20 mins changing time between each act and you come to a total duration of 330 minutes which makes 5 and a half hours ^^

I have a question. Did (during the gigs of the Paganfest tour before) Jonne come on stage during the last song of Moonsorrow to sing along a bit? Because he did so yesterday in Munich and I wonder if it was spontaneously, or if he does that each time. ?

He did not on the first three gigs, but also then it was not unusual for people to show up while other bands were playing. Like Terji 2 Korpiklaani and many more.
@twi: How was the gig, apart from that?

@twi: How was the gig, apart from that? Korpiklaani were professional as always. I guess there were far more than 2000 people, and they all freaked totally out. This was the first gig in 2 years I saw (was on Party San last year, but couldn't see the gig, as I had an important interview right during Klaani's playing time) and it was just nice to see a gig again. It is just so strange, I mean, 4 years ago in Munich there were 200 people, 2 years later there were about 1000, and now much more than 2000 dancing in the audience. Korpiklaani have given up much for music, and I guess they made it, they are walking straight to the top. I am just happy for them.
