I would love to get myself a Jouhikko, but don't yet know where to buy it. By now I only found the Finnish Jouhikko builder Rauno Nieminen. Does any of you by chance know some other Jouhikko builders in Finland? I'd be thankful for any help. (And I hope it was okay to open a new thread for that question.)

Hi, and welcome At least Soitinrakentajat AMF make jouhikkos among several other traditional instruments. Jouhikko is called "bowed lyre" on their price list and it might be a good idea to contact and chat with them before placing the order so that you'd get exactly what you want www.soitinrakentajatamf.fi/en/index.html

Thanks for your answer. I actually stumbled upon this website before, but didn't know that they also have Jouhikkos there... I guess it was because I didn't even come up with the idea that they could be called other than Jouhikkos, haha. Anyway, thank you. Ja myƶs kiitos tervetulleeksi toivottamisesta.
