The inevitable question again Which song do you like best and tell WHY ! I know it's a hard choice... * I am not able to modify the name Tulikokko, but it should be separate: Tuli Kokko...* I apologize...

Midsummer night. Right from the beginning when I listened to the whole album for the first time that was my favourite and still is. Actually carried by the accordion (which makes it pretty folkish), it just has an infectious melody, you just get into a good mood while listening to that track and it's also the perfect bang a long song. I just like the atmopshere it creates However, "Korpiklaani" is a close second, really an anthem. Also because I like Finnish lyrics in general very much

Tuli kokko.
This is the song, which is the most nearest to our traditional folk music including kantele and runo-singing in it. It goes very well together with yoiking too - as a view from a student of Finno-Ugric linguistics. This song has a certain mood and feeling, from which I'm very attracted to. I'm grateful and glad that my lyrics and my kantele - parts ended namely in this song.
My other favourites are "Korpiklaani", "Väkirauta", "Kirki", "Spring Dance" and "Midsummer Night". And it always makes me laugh when hearing Patakakkonen - tune from "Under the Sun". ;D

Under the Sun was the first song that clearly jumped out to me on the first spin. And the more I spin, the more it grows on me.
I finally received my digipack last night, so I sat down and read the lyrics. They could be the simplest on the album, but this is where Jonne really excels - beautiful, heart-felt lyrics that anyone can find a special relation to.

It's from a tv-series if I remember correctly, about what? I cannot vote now. I have too many favourites, think my finals will be between Tulikokko and Väkirauta, but I also love all other songs for different reasons I mentioned in my review. I know this cd by heart, don't know how much more time I need .

Absolutely Tuli kokko; it has got kantele, runo-singing and yoik in it and which I myself am very enthusiastically into as well; I also like the bagpipes; what it in addition comes ie. to the mood, atmosphere, compositions and arrangements, this song differs most clearly from all the other songs which otherwise are maybe a bit too similar for my taste, especially as I'm not into humppa- or pelimanni -music in general. However I have to admit that the Korpiklaani's albums have been getting better and better after another all the way, and Tuli kokko from the newest is IMHO the best metal song of Korpiklaani ever! EDIT: Ah, the name Tuli kokko really is written separately, as it means the kokko -eagle that came [from somewhere] (tuli = past tense of the verb tulla "to come"). At first I thought it being a small mistake in writing if it should mean "the fiery/burning kokko -eagle" (in a bit more abstract aspect of course), as tuli means also "fire", and in that case it would be written together.

I like hide your richess best, although all the songs have more than one ambiance. I can't really explain why I like it best (although it's a hard choice ;D) But I think it just appeals most to me.

I absolutely love Happy Little Boozer because when i first listened to it, I had all this energy come to me and I have not stopped listening to this song since Thursday . I enjoy the fast tempo and the violin because it is such an amazingly infectious combo.

It's really hard to make a choice... i really hesitated between Tuli Kokko and Korpiklaani, and i finaly choose Tuli Kokko! The 100% folk intro is properly amazing, and the rest of the song is awsome too! By the way, the whole album is great and The Forest Clan is really a good band! I just regrett not to come see them live from where I live
