As I was talking to " my personal muses" some things said made me think back about my past although not specifically written with that in mind it can be applied to it; As to everyone else who reads this and thinks back on (a) period(s) that happened in their lives.
Everyone at some point had a moment where they wished how they could change something that has happened. But if you were to change even the tinniest aspect you wouldn't be the person you are today.

Gluing and Discarding
To those who know To those who don’t know To those who will know and those who will never know
Can’t be prepared for everything in life But can choose how to experience it The choice to accept or reject
Not all is what it seems Would you be able to guess?
The choice how to handle life For bad and the worse For good and the best
All cope their own way No wrong, no right
Ultimately everything will be stored and gradually integrated Fitting together like a jigsaw puzzle

And came to think of a bad thing: it's almost a year since I've not done anything new using KK as inspiration..hmm.. Funny you should say that, last night had the strange dream that you drew/painted a KK offspring between Vaari and his fanmade female counterpart ;D

thanks Forest Cat, it was somewhat darker but that's what sprung to mind related to the subject we were talking about. Neither the positive and negative aspects of life can't be ignored; it's a duo package. Honestly I like writing the darker stuff more because more can learned from it depending how you interpret each phrase

Wrote this for a good friend of mine
Compass
Far above the clouds where darkness reigns. Where I find myself utterly lost. Not knowing which direction goes where or even if I should leave or go. Shall I enter the flow or stay trying to get a grip on things. Not all things are worth fighting for but some do. And that's what I'm doing, fighting with all my heart.
In this darkness it's hard to see the foe you're facing, some even linger from one's past Chasing powerful shadows without a decent weapon; Seeking small windows of light in the immense darkness, there lies my weapon. Eventually Light wins over Dark Now I can start searching for my compass; One that points and keeps me on the road to happiness. Far above the clouds where splendor reigns

Has been a while since my last post but try to read them when I have the chance, good to see everyone still being alive and kicking enough to post on the board. Bad: Still haven't heard anything from school yet since my last call almost 2weeks ago, where they promised to keep me informed of the new practical exams because the ones I had where expired due to school's error not letting me do my exams when it was still valid. Guess that means they're breaking their promises again Wondering why schools can get away without any problem and when it's vice versa they get angry for not keeping/expanding them. Good: At least something went good. bought 2 tickets from a old classmate of mine who can't make it to the annual final concert of Rowwen Heze in their hometown America.

Listening to Radio Kalahari Orkes I can only describe it as a bit of South African hill-billy folky music

just completed a small piece
Lonesome Hunter
A distinctive howl in the night, making sure other night dwellers know of it's presence. Tracking his prey with a keen eye, hearing every rustle as they scatter trying to find a safe haven. One wasn't fast enough and with a swift motion the tree becomes deserted.
Enjoying a small meal amongst the branches, immediately his search continues; Tasty as it was, it doesn't make a full stomach. Before the full moon has made room for a stormy autumn's day; He has hunted to last him another night. Dawn fast approaching, making ready to leave.
Leaving nothing but a feather behind as evidence he was there
