My 5 cents are that the lake photography is indeed from Finland, the huge shaman statue certainly doesn't exist and all the clouds, glow and colors are from the spell book of a graphic designer as well

I'm pro-freedom. Do with your life as you wish as long as you obey the laws of the land. Well here's the first thing that doesn't add. Many laws are limiting the freedoms of others just to accommodate someone else's views and beliefs. You can do a hell lot more with your life in Finland or Swizerland than you can do in North Korea or Turkmenistan, even when obeying all the laws. I know that's a pretty extreme example, but I'm just trying to point out how laws aren't often right or justified. I believe in the sovereignty of a country to run itself as it wishes. Countries don't run themselves, they are run by the government chosen by the people. Or in some cases, they are run by a militant nutcase opressing the people. The problem is that a country isn't just a piece of land inside agreed borders. It's also millions to hundreds of millions of individual people that have only one thing in common: they happened to be born on a certain area on this globe. I'd hate to live in China only because I couldn't choose where to be born, I'd get 20 years of prison or a death penalty for writing this. Again, I couldn't do what I want because someone else decided to run the country (and the laws) to accommodate his taste You should be free to believe whatever you like. ... - I am against this mass Islamic and African immigration into Europe because frankly I believe Islam is not compatible with our ways. So everyone is free to believe what they want a long as they don't do it in your neighbourhood? Or are you suggesting, like our right wing christian fanatic minister of the interior, that immigrants and refugees are welcome as long as they are christians because "they fit in better"? The only time I vote is if there is a referendum in Switzerland about an issue I care about. You still have things a lot better there than we do in here. The only things we get to vote about are the president, congressmen and local politicians. Then it's up to them, or like with the previous government, up to an american consulting agency owned by giant banks, to decide your new laws, regulations and other forced values. Our President is mad. He has like 4 wives and 18 children Again, why shouldn't he have them if they are all happy? It's their freedom to do so. The shower comment was pretty nutty though. I could write a 40-page rant about the "us" and "them" issue, but I guess I'll save it for better time. All in all, I'm not buying the idea of putting people to groups because of their nativity, race, (forced)religion or any other aspect you can't choose yourself. And I'm really not comfortable about categorising people by their chooses either. I know my views are pretty utopian, but theorising about how the world could be a better place for everyone is always fun. I say do whatever you want as long as it doesn't harm or endanger anyone else. Period.

Hey Thanks a lot for the information!!! But now, where I can buy It? I think it's impossible to find (and with a reasonable price)!!! Kalevala koru doesn't seem to have any retailers in Italy, but it shouldn't be hard to find their stuff online. They don't have their own web store they have a web store, so check it out -> www.kalevalakoru.com

Good compqny while you ride the Grazy Train ;D Cruachan is awesome, one of the original and best celtic metal bands np. Profeetta ja Uusi maailmanuskonto - N.S.A.P.A Just found this band the other day and fell in love instantly. If you combine the good ingredients of psychedelic, occult and minimal electro, it's pretty hard to get it wrong ;D

Hi kathakano, and welcome to the forum I suppose you mean mainly pagan metal concerts when you speak of "pagan concerts". The thing is that those events aren't really religious events, they are 99% popular culture with maybe a very thin and subtle hint of an ideology or belief laying in the background. Heavy metal culture is extremely masculine, and since barbarianism, war, black leather and shining steel are found to be good ways to express it, they are presented in large quantities. "Pagan" is really wide term itself. Like Wolferin said, being "pagan" means mainly dressing up and partying for many people. Just see how many kids carry Mjölnir around their necks without ever practicing or believing a single aspect of asatru religion. Many more serious groups try to re-enact rituals and ceremonies as perfectly as they can (everybody has to agree that re-enacting the daily life from 2000 years ago would suck if it went on longer than for a week ) while others just live common daily life with a certain view to the world surrounding them. There is no single "pagan" way of life that would give you guidelines what aspects of nature to respect, what you can eat or what resources are ok to use for clothing or for food. I agree with Arivse that using animal-based products is in itself very natural to humans, but I strongly disagree that the means of producing them nowadays would be. The excessive production of animals to satisfy our distorted needs and hedonism has nothing to do with hunting, or "harvesting" the same resources from the wild. ...And why on earth does anybody have to dress like it was year 1045 anyways? That's not religion, that's just dressing up

Bad: I am in Finland during Tuhdimmat Tahdit and just foud out that I can't by tickets online. Try e-mailing the bar that organizes the event: kyyppari(a)pintaan.fi . If they are nice folks they'll surely figure something out Good: Our company had a grill party today, and with a big company the parties tend to be big as well. Free booze, food and a ferris wheel ;D We also went to have a dinner with our movie making and contest winning team which was great! Bad: I ate waaaay too much, I'm going to explode any second now

Tired and should rest, but sometimes it looks like there's that which one needs to discover music..that is by chance bumped into this Norwegian project ..didn't quite like the first song , but liked her voice which reminds me somehow of Kari Rueslatten's ..moved to next song and liked it a lot. It's the following (I am still checking their mix on youtube currently ): Gåte is nice. I got their first two albums years ago, should really give them a listen again some day ...but not now, as I'm enjoying pure 80's awesomeness! www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjVpdfsMgW8&feature=related

Awesome 40.000: Had the greatest weekend with lots of great parties, great friends and great music. And like that wasn't enough already, OUR TEAM JUST WON THE SHORT MOVIE CONTEST I mentioned some weeks ago! ;D The prize is worth almost 20.000e in equipment and services, let alone the good name we're getting! Wooooooo! The lead melody on the theme song, color correction and animation are my doings. The winning movie is below, please double click it and watch it in HD on YouTube. It's about the unfortunate guy who invented the sugar cube wrap that no-one ever opens the right way. The movie is only in finnish so far, I hope we get a subtitled version up soon Bad: Absolutely nothing!

Woooo! Bad: All this partying neutralizes the good effects of cycling pretty well
