If you look at Skyclad's similar bands, you'll see that most Skyclad listeners also enjoy Korpiklaani, and there are quite a few Korpiklaani listeners that also enjoy Skyclad. And just two nights ago at the Horns Up Festival, the Skyclad singer took the stage with Korpiklaani, and then Korpiklaani joined Skyclad. So I guess the members of both bands like the other, as well as the fans.

The thing was: during Skyclad gig Jonne was just beside the stage watching the english band and cheering them, and Kevin Ridley (singer from Skyclad) made an homage to Korpiklaani. He introduced the 'Anotherdrinkingsong' tune from his band, and instead of playing it he did an acoustic reprise of 'Happy Little Boozer'. At the end of their gig he introduced Korpiklaani as one of the greatest folk metal bands.
After that the Skyclad singer was seeing Korpiklaani gig from one of the first rows between the audience.
It was a great night.

We have great folk bands in Poland. Ossian/Osjan, Zywiołak, Orkiestra Pod Wezwaniem Świętego Mikołaja, Kwartet Jorgi, Kapela Ze Wsi Warszawa... Those are the first that comes to my mind.

I don't remember was there any Oort CD:s, but good Estonian folk music there is anyway. And by the way, you can buy yourself Sinihirwi from there too; it's sold in Digelius too!

Täispikkade lugude kuulamiseks või allalaadimiseks pöördu ansambli poole: oort@oort.ee ? Crash course in Estonian: Tarne: Pole hetkel saadaval = Availability: Not available at the moment Allpool on toodud näidislõik igast loost = Below there's a short sample from each songs Täispikkade lugude kuulamiseks või allalaadimiseks pöördu ansambli poole = In order to listen or to download the full songs, you must turn to the band What can I do for buy it? I bought my own copies of both Oort albums in Estonia. I got Oort album from the local supermarket (kaubamaja) from Tartu and Veere, veere päevakene I bought from kantele-maker Rait Pihlap as I received my kantele from him - along with other Estonian traditional music albums too. I think the best way how to get these albums for you is to contact with the band and ask if they have extra copies. Then again you can pay a visit to Estonia too, heh.. ;D
